📋 Description

• Support international insurers with transformation and digitalisation programmes from analysis through implementation • Analyse end-to-end insurance processes and IT/system landscapes • Develop concrete, implementable improvement proposals • Act as a translator between business functions and IT • Convert complex requirements into clear, actionable concepts • Contribute ideas to automation and AI initiatives • Take early responsibility for work packages or subprojects • Collaborate closely with international teams and clients • Gradually assume more responsibility and wider scope as experience increases

🎯 Requirements

• Initial to several years of experience in insurance consulting or in transformation projects within the insurance sector • Basic understanding of core insurance processes such as Claims, Underwriting, or Policy Administration • Enjoy analysing processes and IT landscapes and deriving practical solutions • Interest in digital transformation, process automation, and AI in business processes • Enjoy varied project assignments and on-site client work • Excellent German and good English language skills
