📋 Description

• Analyze, optimize and implement business processes with a focus on digitization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization and agile organizational structures • Independently lead client projects from planning through implementation • Ensure timelines, quality and budget compliance • Identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions • Actively contribute to shaping the consulting portfolio • Support the development of forward-looking concepts for clients • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners • Maintain and expand a professional network • Shape the transformation of the insurance industry, from process optimization and digitization to strategic consulting • Participate in internal decision-making processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance/Risk & Insurance or Industrial Engineering with a focus on insurance • 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance environment • Ideally experience at a management consultancy or an insurance company • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), digitization, workflow and input management, Lean Management or process optimization • Experience with insurance processes • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and process management are a plus • Independent working style and strong self-initiative • Empathy and the ability to advise clients in a partnership-oriented manner • Creativity and solution-oriented mindset • Willingness to travel to client sites • Proficient in MS Office • Confident use of digital tools for project management and presentations
