📋 Description

• Build and maintain Rails features end-to-end, including tests, with a focus on beautiful, responsive frontends • Create stunning user interfaces using modern CSS, JavaScript, and Alpine.js • Integrate third-party APIs like Meta, Google, Stripe, HubSpot and others • Participate in the support engineer rotation to support CS and squash production issues • Collaborate with design, PM, and marketing on scoped tickets; review PRs with attention to frontend quality • Deploy and operate our app on Heroku and keep an eye on performance • Learn & share continuously through our mentor rotation (receive mentorship first; later, pay it forward)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production apps with Ruby on Rails, ideally in a SaaS environment. • Strong expereince with HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript, with a good sense for clean, responsive UI. • Good familiarity with lightweight JS frameworks (e.g., Alpine.js, HTMX, Stimulus) and RESTful API integration. • Experience with PostgreSQL, basic query optimization, and writing maintainable, tested code. • Strong knowledge of deployment platforms (Heroku, Render, or similar) and background jobs (Sidekiq). • A curious, pragmatic mindset: you communicate clearly, take ownership, and use AI tools thoughtfully to work smarter.
