📋 Description

• Build and present engaging AI demos and prototypes that showcase the value of generative AI in customer experience. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to co-create tailored AI solutions aligned with client needs and strategic goals. • Use internal tooling and frameworks to rapidly develop proof-of-concepts that accelerate customer decision-making. • Support business development efforts by contributing to ROI modelling and business case creation. • Translate data insights into compelling stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ensure ethical AI principles are embedded in all customer-facing solutions and engagements. • Stay current with emerging generative AI technologies and contribute to internal capability building.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with generative AI tools and frameworks. • Experience in designing customer-centric AI experiences, including conversational interfaces and intelligent automation. • Proven ability to develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives. • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with sales and product teams. • Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively. • Awareness of ethical AI practices and a commitment to responsible innovation. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and architect scalable AI solutions. • Innovation: Creative approach to applying AI technologies to real-world problems. • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. • Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. • Customer Focus: Understand user needs and design solutions that deliver measurable value. • Continuous Learning: Passion for staying up to date with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies. • Ethical Awareness: Commitment to responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and safety.
