• Design high-quality customer solutions that clearly demonstrate the value of Daon technology and integration approaches • Serve as the primary technical interface with customers in the sales cycle • Develop and deliver tailored presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of concept • Analyze and respond to RFIs, RFPs, writing proposals and related materials • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to represent Daon • Act as an expert in identity technologies, including biometrics, digital identity, ID documents and similar • Develop innovative solution approaches that strengthen Daon’s competitive position • Create solution architectures and show how solutions can be delivered securely and at scale • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support on strategy and solution design • Collaborate with the Daon Customer Success team to ensure smooth delivery handover and support implementation projects as a local technical presence • Communicate product requirements and market insights to internal teams
• 3 + years in a customer ‑ facing pre ‑ sales /solution engineering , consulting or similar role • 7 + years of industry experience, preferably in software development / architecture or similar roles • Strong problem ‑ solving and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – for your role • Knowledge of SaaS, REST / web services, and security technologies • Experience working with technical and business stakeholders at various levels • Experience working directly with customers in complex environments • Nice to have • Experience with biometrics or identity management • Knowledge of iOS/Android and web development frameworks; identity standards such as OIDC • Understanding of enterprise architecture and security • Experience working with financial services organizations • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in areas including digital identity, customer identity verification, AI, data protection and information security
