📋 Description

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments • Proactively contact customers regarding overdue balances and follow up on payment commitments • Investigate payment delays, identify discrepancies, and resolve account-related issues • Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and promised payment dates • Monitor account statuses and schedule follow-ups to minimise overdue debts • Apply established credit control procedures while balancing customer relationships with collection targets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment
