📋 Description

• Lead discovery and alignment for SafeRide's AI transformation across the contact center, billing, and claims • Map core processes end to end, including systems, dependencies, stakeholders, and failure points • Size impact in cost, time, FTE, and member experience • Turn discovery into a prioritized roadmap and clear requirements for Operations, the AI team, Product, and Data Engineering • Build business cases and recommend against AI investments that do not meet them • Measure results against baseline after launch and transfer ownership to operating teams • Lead S&I projects involving cost and network economics, program launches, and data initiatives • Manage and develop a small team, including a Manager • Run 1:1s, give direct feedback, make staffing decisions, and hire • Stay hands-on by building models, writing decision memos, working with agents, and supporting Finance-trusted analysis • Report to the Head of Strategy & Insights with executive exposure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • 7-9 years in management consulting, business operations, or product development, or a combination • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes • Experience managing and developing a team, including people who manage others or lead workstreams independently • Executive presence with range • Deep analytical and technical fluency, including Excel, Python, and SQL • Comfortable reasoning about platforms, automation, and agentic AI tools such as Claude or Claude Code • Track record in ambiguous environments where the problem was not defined for you • Strong business judgment and orientation toward durable operating change • Ability to operate as a player-coach • Experience leading strategy or platform initiatives inside a product organization strongly preferred • Technical background preferred • Consulting foundation, such as MBB or equivalent, is an asset but not a requirement • MBA or comparable achievement signal is a plus • Familiarity with healthcare, contact center, billing or claims operations, logistics, transportation, marketplaces, or other regulated operating environments
