📋 Description

• Lead product design initiatives from conception to final execution • Drive continuous improvements in design processes and propose strategies to elevate output quality • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure consistency in design outputs • Drive the evolution and adherence to SafetyWing's design system • Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership • Add depth and meaning to product experiences while maintaining SafetyWing's core values

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced product design experience demonstrated through a portfolio of impactful design solutions • Experience designing user experiences within insurance, finance or other compliance regulated sectors • Ability to design beyond the screen, considering dependencies, user flows, and long-term product architecture • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma • Commitment to continuous learning of new features • Experience conducting usability testing • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and champion design principles across diverse audiences • Ability to understand broader business and product strategy • Intellectual curiosity and openness to new ideas • Creativity and boldness in addressing problems • Strong integrity
