• Build and deliver a global talent strategy that enables SafetyCulture’s next stage of growth and capability building. • Lead and inspire a distributed team of TA leaders and senior partners to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes worldwide. • Oversee executive and strategic hiring, ensuring diversity, capability, and speed remain central to every decision. • Partner with business leaders to define future skills, develop career pathways, and strengthen internal mobility. • Elevate our employer brand, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our purpose and culture. • Leverage data and market insights to inform strategy, track impact, and continuously improve how we hire. • Enable hiring managers through structured training, tools, and coaching to raise the hiring bar across the business. • Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance to drive strategic workforce planning and forecasting. • Optimise systems and tools to enable global scale, consistency, and efficiency.

• You’ve led global or regional talent functions in fast-scaling, high-growth organisations • You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, comfortably shifting from boardroom to day-to-day operations. • You’re a data-driven problem solver, fluent in talent analytics and workforce insights. • You’re known for inspiring and empowering teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation. • You bring curiosity, creativity, and courage, your not afraid to challenge, simplify, or reinvent how things are done. • Demonstrated experience leading large teams in Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, or broader People leadership roles.
