📋 Description

• Design and build the learning products that help lawyers adopt AI in their practice • Translate strategy into concrete learning experiences: e-learning modules, video content, digital coaches, interactive workshops, and in-product guidance • Manage the entire production process from concept to launch • Storyboard video series and prototype in-app learning flows with engineers • Bring ideas to life by making complex technology feel intuitive, engaging, and human

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in instructional design, educational technology, or learning product development, ideally in professional or corporate environments • Strong technical skills: comfortable with e-learning authoring tools, video production, learning platforms, and basic AI tools for content creation • The ability to manage projects end-to-end, from concept to launch and iteration • A portfolio that demonstrates your range: courses, videos, interactive content, or digital learning experiences you've built • Understanding of how professionals learn, with the ability to design for behaviour change, not just knowledge transfer • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, engineers, and clients • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
