📋 Description

• Interface daily with program managers, accounting, contracts, subcontracts, procurement organizations, and external customers to address operational issues • Prepare financial deliverables and internal/external reports • Participate in developing program budgets/spend plans and perform financial analysis of funding profiles and program financial variances • Conduct cost, schedule, and contract performance variance analysis • Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials • Monitor subcontractor costs and review/approve invoices • Review, track, and approve customer invoice backup documentation • Multitask and support programs efficiently and accurately • Support the full program lifecycle from proposal development through contract closeout • Develop and propose courses of action and recommendations for financial issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Finance or Accounting • Three years of relevant experience in Federal government contracting • Experience providing financial tracking and support for government customers in Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting • Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles • Understanding of ROS, ROC, annual operating plans, accounts receivable, revenue and profit forecasts, program baseline data, EAC development, and cost estimating/pricing • Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures • Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely • Analytical thinking to identify patterns and trends in financial data • Advanced Excel skills for data modeling, financial analysis, and formulas • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance • Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance preferred • US citizenship required
