📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain the daily cash position, including available cash, expected inflows and outflows, and near-term liquidity needs • Coordinate payment execution within approval workflows, ensuring dual approval and segregation-of-duties requirements • Administer bank portal access, user maintenance, and supporting documentation • Prepare short-term cash forecasts with AP, AR, HR, and business stakeholders • Lead recurring cash calls and align stakeholders on funding requirements, payment priorities, and follow-up actions • Perform or coordinate bank reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, and resolve aged exceptions • Partner with AP, AR, and plant accounting teams to improve cash application, payment timing, unapplied cash resolution, and subledger health • Support month-end close activities related to cash, including reconciliations and reporting • Monitor treasury-related controls, bank account governance, and documentation standards for audit support • Identify process improvements that increase visibility, standardization, and discipline across cash management • Provide controlled backup support and participate in cross-training plans • Partner with the CFO, VP of FP&A, Corporate Controller, AP and AR leads, plant accounting teams, and operational stakeholders across OKC and Dyersburg

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, or a related finance role • Experience with bank portals, online payment platforms, treasury workflows, payment controls, and user access administration • Strong understanding of cash flow, bank reconciliations, disbursement cycles, and income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow relationships • Working knowledge of internal controls, audit support expectations, and segregation-of-duties principles in shared services or multi-site environments • Advanced Excel skills and ability to organize large data sets and produce accurate, actionable reporting • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to escalate issues and resolve exceptions cross-functionally • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience in manufacturing, shared services, or a multi-entity environment preferred • Infor Cloud ERP and banking-platform experience is a plus • Experience with cash forecasting models, payment files, and treasury reporting tools • Exposure to internal audit, SOX-style controls, or controlled shared services environments is a plus • High integrity, sound judgment, strong control mindset, ownership, clear communication, and comfort with time-sensitive decisions
