📋 Description

• Support SailPoint’s Professional Services partner program • Act as the liaison between Procurement Contracts, PS Operations, Resource Management, and partner organizations • Manage procurement contracts, purchase orders, and time tracking activities for 70+ partners and individuals • Oversee the timesheet process and implement reminders for submissions • Familiarize with additional partner management tools and systems • Optimize the timesheet process for efficiency and accuracy • Provide training and support on timesheet procedures • Onboard new partners, review contracts, and manage forecasts • Manage white shirt forecasts and work on project assignments • Review purchase orders to verify funding for project work

🎯 Requirements

• English and Spanish proficiency • 3-5 years of previous experience in an Analyst role with emphasis on contract management and data reporting • A Bachelor's degree in an IT, sales, or marketing discipline (or equivalent industry experience) • Experience with procurement automation tool, Coupa • Experience with business tools such as Certinia, Smartsheet, Jira, and Salesforce preferred • Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail are essential • Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team to learn and share knowledge • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
