📋 Description

• Manage a team of sales professionals who sell to end users directly • Leverage the support of influential channel partners in selling the market leading IGA Solution Suite • Focus on onboarding sessions and gaining necessary insights • Evaluate the status quo within reporting structure and adjust accordingly • Coordinate meetings with key leadership and relevant peers • Familiarize with products, success stories, and key differentiators • Develop a 12-month plan for business with milestones • Collaborate with marketing and partner team for opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Successful track record of at least 6 yrs leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or Cyber-sec organizations • Ideally has lead sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS • Ability to bring structure and rigour to all aspects of the sales process including pipeline and forecasting • Must act as inspirational leader to their teams • College Degree or relevant experience required
