📋 Description

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis • Address customer’s and partner’s inquiries by providing accurate information and tailored solutions • Develop business plans for assigned territory • Engage with customers and business partners to maintain a high level of customer service • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute partner and end-user marketing plans • Pursue all leads and ensure internal systems are updated • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers • Follow up with customers and the post-sale team for new sales opportunities • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle • Foster a deep understanding of the territory, customers, partners, and competitors • Effectively manage discussions across all levels of a customer’s organization • Utilize channel management and reporting tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field (preferred but not required) • Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls analyzing the prospects needs to qualify an opportunity • Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions compared to competitors • Ability to provide a superior customer experience from the first discovery call • Can lead a virtual team of partner resources, presales, partner manager, deal desk, professional services, BVA team, and customer success • Create a territory or opportunity plan, detailing necessary steps from discovery to the next stages in the sales cycle • Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategy effectiveness
