📋 Description

• Oversee the Energy and Climate Resilience portfolio • Collaborate with the Service Line Leader and team • Direct client-oriented teams in project development, implementation, and management • Provide technical leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams • Conduct regular technical reviews and assessments of portfolio performance • Design, implement, and monitor portfolio initiatives • Prepare, review, and present detailed technical reports and proposals • Deliver training for ECR team members

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience focused on energy, climate change, sustainability or related environmental issues • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy, sustainability, or environmental discipline required • Knowledge of federal and government programs and policies related to climate resilience and energy efficiency • Ability to conduct research, synthesize data, and communicate findings through reports, presentations, and case studies • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) • Excellent written and oral communication skills
