📋 Description

• Showcase Qualified to prospective customers through custom demos, discovery demos, and technical workshops, approximately 15 per week • Become a subject matter expert on Qualified’s capabilities, customer stories, and best practices • Build deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, data enrichment, and other high-leverage technologies • Own technical discovery and qualification for Qualified prospects and guide technical deal strategy • Partner with Account Executive teams to identify customer business goals, needs, and pain points • Provide technical responses to security questionnaires • Write technical blog content about Qualified capabilities • Translate, aggregate, and represent product feedback to Product and Engineering teams as the voice of the customer • Monitor industry news on technology products, partners, and competitors to provide ecosystem expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience • Experience in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment • Excellent communication skills and polished presentation abilities • Ability to explain complicated concepts to non-technical people while speaking credibly to highly technical audiences • Solution-sales orientation and understanding of business value • Proven experience providing pragmatic solutions to complex customer requirements that lead to winning deals • Comfortable leading platform presentations and demos for large technical and non-technical groups • Ability to identify customer pain points, perform root-cause analysis in real time, and connect business problems to Qualified’s technical solutions • Capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies • Ability to perform under uncertain, high-pressure, high-impact conditions • Documented frontend or backend programming experience is a bonus; Apex is a plus
