📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Windows servers (Windows 2019 and 2022) for a mixed customer environment • Plan, execute, and implement new system hardware and software; manage new SW/HW integrations • Create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures, and policies • Monitor and tune system performance; ongoing operation, hardening of servers, and reporting security and operational status • Recommend improvements to the enterprise and implement technologies to expand, upgrade, and increase efficiencies • Provide utilization reports using existing tools to identify problems and corrective actions • Support lifecycle of vendor equipment in datacenter including firmware version control and preventive maintenance • Provide support toward disaster recovery and follow SOPs • Collaborate with Windows team and stakeholders; communicate status and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience) • Clearance Required: Secret • CompTIA Security+ • Computing Environment (CE) Certification can be waived for 30 days after project join date • Experience in Computer Science or IT • 5+ years' experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineer with 3+ years’ experience in automating assigned tasks • 5+ years’ installing, configuration, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex applications and websites (IIS, Apache, etc.) • 5+ years’ experience working in an environment with complex networking solutions; senior level knowledge in networking principles, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP • Five or more years’ experience managing enterprise level Active Directory Structures • 5+ years’ experience creating and maintaining complex MS Group Policy implementations • 5+ years' experience creating, maintaining, following Standard Operating Procedures for repeatable processes, disaster recovery, and common problem resolution • Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be a team player • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science • Preferred: 3+ years’ experience supporting Cybersecurity patch management and STIG, SRG, RMF, SCA-V, CORA
