📋 Description

• Act as the CEO of the assigned territory • Find, meet, negotiate with, and close new clients • Own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract negotiation and closing • Help scale Sama through new business development

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive selling into HR, People, Talent or Learning & Development as primary buyer • Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs • Experience with B2B complex sales involving a diverse range of stakeholders • Experience selling to US, Canada or UK markets • Methodical, rigorous and able to work with a sense of urgency • Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth • Fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written • Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomous • Coachable • Able to work in an environment with limited structure and processes • Extremely curious • Bias for action • Open, trustworthy, and committed • Team player
