📋 Description

• Lead strategy to integrate generative AI into daily workflow • Implement sentiment-based metrics for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) • Oversee device lifecycle management and software distribution • Ensure high-quality hybrid meeting experiences • Manage end user support and ITSM processes • Direct hardware and software procurement and asset disposal • Lead internal teams and manage external vendors • Iterate on internal toolset as a product portfolio • Enforce endpoint security standards and compliance policies • Hire and lead an inclusive, high performing team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT leadership • 2 years at Director level in infrastructure or end-user services • Experience managing technology platforms as products • Familiarity with modern endpoint management (Intune, macOS/Windows) • Ability to drive organizational change • Strong AV and enterprise networking knowledge • Experience with ITSM platforms
