📋 Description

• Oversee the team responsible for the 'last mile' of marketing strategy • Implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency • Influence the broader marketing function and build the team needed to execute on the long-term roadmap • Bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy • Ensure balance between speed and rigor of a high-performing enterprise organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation or similar Global Service Center, with 3+ years of direct people management experience. • Serve as a subject matter expert with deep hands-on experience in Marketing Automation (Marketo/Iterable), CRM (Salesforce), and CDP platforms (Hightouch or similar); provide technical leadership and troubleshoot complex issues to guide and support the team. • Managed high-volume global campaign operations, overseeing end-to-end processes including intake, build, QA, and reporting to ensure efficient execution and quality delivery. • Analyzed operational metrics (SLA adherence, error rates, capacity planning) and campaign performance data (Open Rate, CTR, CTOR, Pipe:MQL, etc.) to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation. • Fostered cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges, streamline workflows, and improve overall marketing operations efficiency.
