📋 Description
• Full-site civil engineering coordination for Texas Hill Country project • Preparation of complete drawing sets for permit applications • Direct ownership of all permitting work and coordination with local jurisdictions • Familiarity with local regulations to guide compliant design solutions • Collaboration with architecture and infrastructure teams and construction team in Austin • Development of site drainage plans and grading models • Coordination of civil work packages with MEP and structural systems • Building the framework for internal civil design standards and workflow
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field (Master’s preferred) • 6–10 years of experience in site/civil design, grading, or land development • Strong technical grounding in grading design, stormwater systems, drainage modeling, and road network layouts • Hands-on experience with Revit and other design tools (like AutoCAD Civil 3D etc.) • Comfort working across disciplines and time zones • Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to make systems simpler and smarter
