📋 Description

• Provide operational excellence and strategic support for product and portfolio sales strategy execution • Support Regional Sales Directors and Head of Commercial Excellence by reviewing business updates, meetings, and focus projects • Coordinate national and regional business planning and business review processes • Identify and hold matrix teams accountable to local Critical Business Priorities • Partner with BO&S to improve insights, analytics, and the integrated omnichannel approach • Pull and analyze call activity data and deliver ad hoc analyses • Lead national implementation of brand and marketing strategies, including account initiatives, POA, and field-based tactics • Manage special projects aligned with organizational priorities • Embed new ways of working and elevate execution • Define collaborative ways of working between field sales, hospital sales, and account management • Lead national pull-through initiatives and monitor plans for success • Define national KPIs and lead pull-through efforts with commercial and sales leadership • Develop insights on regional performance trends and ensure metrics are met • Identify and share best practices to enhance execution and drive impact • Support business operations excellence • Drive Sales Force Effectiveness through 1:1 dialogues with Field Leadership to identify local performance gaps and drivers • Support operations and execution of POA meetings and other relevant sales meetings • Help advance vaccination and immunization through Sanofi’s biopharma and vaccines business

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS from an accredited school required • Ability to influence without authority a matrix team consisting of Sales, BO&S, digital, and Marketing members • Ability to work internally with home office • Experience leading or working on multi-level operational plans or key projects • Proficiency in understanding sales and marketing strategy, and ability to deliver support and solutions • Inspiring change agent mindset willing to challenge the status quo and drive business transformation • Strategic and analytic skills with ability to translate complex data sets into action plans • Effective communication and change agility skills • Ability to travel to Home Office and key sales meetings • Focus on business, life sciences or public health preferred • 3+ years of successful field leadership experience with home office / operations / commercial excellence experience • Experience in both marketing and a sales-related function • Demonstrated use of change management strategies/tactics to influence new ways of thinking and working • Ability to manage conflict with composure and demonstrate managerial courage • Embodies Sanofi’s Play to Win behaviors
