📋 Description

• Own the course production pipeline end to end • Define and enforce course structure standards and quality assurance checks • Optimise content production for speed, consistency, and cost • Track and report progress, surfacing risks and blockers early • Recruit, onboard, line-manage, and support the development of the course development team

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced educator with strong curriculum and pedagogical understanding • Experience leading course or curriculum development • Track record of recruiting and line-managing education staff • Programme or project delivery experience • Comfortable in a startup/build environment • Ideally have experience of online, blended, or asynchronous learning delivery • Ideally hold a degree in a relevant subject area and a recognised teaching qualification • Experience leading teams
