📋 Description

• This is a remote position • We are seeking a seasoned Marketplace Solution Architect & Lead Developer to own the solution design and lead hands-on development of a new multi-vendor eCommerce marketplace • You will define architecture, lead integrations, and set development standards while collaborating across teams to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance • Responsibilities: Own end-to-end solution design for a multi-vendor marketplace • Define system architecture and third-party integrations (PIM, ERP, OMS, payments, tax, search) • Document customizations, write epics/user stories, and estimate development effort • Lead development as a hands-on technical lead; set coding standards and review pull requests • Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, security/PCI compliance, and observability • Orchestrate marketplace-specific flows such as seller onboarding, KYC, commissions, and returns

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in eCommerce development • 3+ years in a technical leadership or architect role • Deep expertise in Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) • Strong understanding of marketplace flows and architecture • Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and performance tuning • Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
