📋 Description

• Manage and support Windows, Linux, and cloud-based servers (Azure, AWS, VMware) • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; troubleshoot and resolve incidents • Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues from IT support teams • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) • Automate system provisioning, configuration management, and deployments • Design and optimize cloud environments for scalability, security, and cost efficiency • Manage VMware clusters, storage systems, and networking • Support containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) • Enforce identity and access management best practices (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA) • Implement and monitor security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA) • Partner with developers, network engineers, and security teams to deliver resilient solutions • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the IT organization • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or IT Infrastructure roles • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration • Hands-on experience with Cisco Hyperflex stack or equivalent • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Expertise in automation & scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) • Proficiency with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog) • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
