📋 Description

• Join the client’s in-house engineering team working on a clinical learning platform undergoing a platform migration and adding AI-powered features • Design, build and maintain front-end, back-end and API components using TypeScript, Node.js and React • Build and integrate AI features using LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar • Design data models and write optimized SQL • Lead technical discussions, review code, and mentor junior engineers • Work in Agile sprints with US teams, including refinement, estimation and status updates • Act as first point of escalation for complex technical issues in the relevant area

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, with strong hands-on full-stack work • TypeScript / JavaScript, Node.js, Express, React • SQL, relational data modeling, and query optimization • REST API design and third-party integrations • Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and using prompt engineering (structured outputs, system prompts) • Daily use of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar) • Unit testing / TDD and code reviews in Agile teams • Excellent spoken and written English, and comfort working directly with US clients • Agentic AI: tool/function calling, MCP, agent frameworks, LLM evaluation (LLM-as-judge, regression tests) • Responsible AI practices: guardrails, PII handling • LMS integrations, e.g. Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or LTI/SCORM-based platforms • Python; exposure to Java or .NET • Healthcare, EHR (e.g., Epic) or edtech domain experience • Experience as a tech lead or mentor
