📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end hiring cycle: requisition intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. • Leverage advanced sourcing methods and conduct talent mapping. • Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, culture fit, and organizational alignment. • Build relationships with hiring managers and support workforce planning. • Provide market insights on trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity. • Champion an exceptional candidate journey and maintain employer brand. • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance. • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and recommend improvements. • Support People initiatives including employer branding and campus hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment (corporate and/or technical roles preferred). • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Adept at sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate assessment. • Data-driven mindset with ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics.
