• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment (corporate and/or technical roles preferred). • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Adept at sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate assessment. • Data-driven mindset with ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics. • Proactive, collaborative, and aligned with SAVii’s culture of “Stronger Together.”
