📋 Description
• Own end-to-end planning and execution for Saviynt’s flagship events • Oversee ancillary programs including executive meetings and hospitality suites • Lead venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management • Design engaging, memorable experiences that motivate sales teams • Deliver post-event reporting and insights to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ Years of Battle-Tested Experience • The SKO Playbook: Proven track record of managing complex internal sales events • Executive Presence: Comfortable advising C-suite leaders in high-pressure environments • A Design-First Mindset: Creating memorable event experiences • Financial Rigor: Strong ability to manage budgets and track ROI
