• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Secretary to support daily operations within our company. • The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and providing excellent support to the team. • This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication. • Manage and organize office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or teams • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner • Ensure the office remains organized and functions efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills • Experience in a fast-paced office setting • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks
