📋 Description

• Own interview scheduling end to end across US, UK, EMEA, and APAC time zones • Provide candidates with confirmations, preparation materials, interviewer bios, and timely updates • Partner daily with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers • Set up interview plans, panels, and searches • Manage Greenhouse as the hiring system of record, including requisitions, stages, interview kits, scorecards, job posts, permissions, and reporting • Build and publish weekly talent reports covering pipeline, stage conversion, time to fill, offer activity, and interview feedback status • Track outstanding scorecards and offer approvals • Reconcile open requisitions with the approved hiring plan • Coordinate handoff from accepted offer to People Operations and onboarding • Create playbooks, interview guides, and manager one-pagers • Report to the Senior Director of Talent

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or HR operations at a company that hires at pace • Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including requisition setup, interview kits, scorecards, job posts, permissions, and reporting • High-volume scheduling experience across multiple time zones; 20 or more interviews in a week should feel familiar • Comfort working with busy, senior stakeholders • Ability and fluency to leverage AI to process, understand, and report on data • Clear and concise writing • Nice to have: Experience supporting both commercial and government or cleared hiring processes • Nice to have: Exposure to international hiring across the UK, EMEA, or APAC • Nice to have: Working knowledge of Rippling, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, ModernLoop, or GoodTime • Nice to have: Experience building reporting or documentation that stayed in use
