📋 Description

• Coach and develop engineers, helping them grow their skills and careers • Collaborate with Heads of Role for guidance and mentorship • Contribute to architectural and technical planning conversations • Drive delivery by clearing blockers and ensuring good processes • Work closely with Product Managers to align with business goals • Create a positive, inclusive culture rooted in autonomy, psychological safety, and accountability • Monitor team performance, delivery health, and morale • Advocate for engineers across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development • At least 2 years managing or leading engineers • Strong communication skills • Ability to lead with context without micro-managing • Confidence in architectural conversations • Passion for great tech
