• Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP EMEA GM and leadership team, facilitating decision-making and strategic planning. • Drive organizational alignment and accountability across departments. • Prepare briefing materials, board decks, investor updates, business cases and internal communications. • Lead or support special projects and initiatives, often acting as a force multiplier for the executive team. • Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. • Plan, coordinate, and monitor cross-functional projects from concept to completion. • Implement project management tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve visibility and efficiency. • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, biotech/pharma companies, distributors and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MS in life sciences) preferred. • 10+ years of experience in biotech, life sciences, or healthcare, with demonstrated success in at least two of the following: strategic operations, project management, business development, or partnerships. • Strong understanding of biotech R&D, commercialization, or clinical development processes. • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and a bias for action in a startup environment.
