• Clear German pronunciation and high energy • Willingness to learn, performance-driven mindset and desire for continuous development • Some experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales • Ideally you have previous experience working in an agency or in sales coaching • We do not require specific educational paths — what matters is that you already have initial sales experience and are eager to grow with us
