🎯 Requirements

• Clear German pronunciation and high energy • Willingness to learn and performance-driven mindset • Desire for continuous professional development • Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales • Ideally, experience working at a sales agency or in sales coaching • Initial sales experience • Willingness to continue developing professionally • No specific formal training required
