• Advising CEOs and business owners on how to attract new hires or win new projects using our unique systems • Independently scheduling appointments with warm inbound leads who are waiting for your call • Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts using our system, validated thousands of times • Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM takes care of 99% of the tedious tasks)
• Clear German pronunciation and high energy • Willingness to learn, performance orientation, and a desire for continuous personal development • Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales • Ideally, previous experience working in an agency or in sales coaching • We do not prioritize specific educational backgrounds — what matters is that you already have initial sales experience and are eager to grow with us
