• Advising company executives on how to acquire new hires or contracts using our unique systems • Independently scheduling appointments with warm inbound leads who are ready for your call • Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts using our system, validated thousands of times • Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM takes care of 99% of the tedious tasks for you)
• Clear spoken German and high energy • Willingness to learn, performance-oriented mindset, and a desire for continuous development • Initial experience in telephone cold calling; ideally 1–3 years in sales • Ideally, experience working in an agency or in sales coaching • We do not emphasize specific educational backgrounds — what matters is that you already have initial sales experience and are eager to develop further with us
