📋 Description
• Manage and execute client projects from initiation to completion • Ensure high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client stakeholders • Use data-driven analysis to diagnose client challenges and develop innovative solutions • Lead project teams, ensuring open communication and collaboration • Identify opportunities to add value and support business development initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of consulting or business management experience (7+ years in lieu of advanced degree) • At least 3+ years in the life sciences sector • Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Expertise in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related areas • Proficient in leveraging AI tools and LLMs to improve project delivery
