📋 Description

• Own and manage all social media platforms day-to-day: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Support planning, organisation, and scheduling of social media content. • Monitor and manage comments, likes, DMs, and inbound engagement with timely, brand-consistent responses. • Proactively interact with relevant accounts, communities, and conversations to build visibility. • Develop original, on-brand, trend-relevant content ideas optimized for each platform. • Write captions, briefs, and social copy in a confident, engaging brand voice. • Quality-check content before publication and maintain organized content, asset, and file libraries. • Support content planning, calendar management, campaigns, and shoots. • Prepare mood boards and campaign materials; coordinate deliverables, timelines, and check-ins. • Upload and maintain content across PR and media platforms. • Manage and grow the Scriveiner Facebook community group and broader community engagement. • Develop community initiatives, prompts, and conversations; identify and activate advocates and super-fans. • Research influencers, creators, partners, and collaboration opportunities. • Recruit, onboard, and manage brand ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates. • Coordinate the gifting programme and manage influencer proposals, partnership agreements, activity, performance, and ROI. • Lead trend research, competitor analysis, and creative inspiration gathering. • Track social performance, including follower growth, engagement, reach, saves, and conversions. • Produce regular reports and use data to inform content strategy, posting cadence, and channel prioritisation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a social media, community, or influencer marketing role, owning platforms and growing audiences. • Strong eye for design, content, and culture. • Genuine passion for social media trends and content performance. • Hands-on experience managing and growing communities, including Facebook Groups or similar. • Experience managing influencers and ambassadors from identification and outreach through negotiation and ongoing relationship management. • Strong creative instincts and ability to develop on-brand, culturally relevant content ideas. • Excellent written communication skills for captions, DMs, and influencer briefs. • Comfortable tracking analytics, spotting opportunities, and acting on data. • Brilliantly organised and able to juggle multiple projects. • Confidence with social platforms and how content performs across them. • Clear, warm communication skills for working across a busy team. • Familiarity with content creation and scheduling tools, including CapCut, Canva, and Adobe. • Curious, proactive, and keen to learn. • AI literate and open to using emerging tools. • Professional level of English. • Strongly preferred: experience in premium, lifestyle, gifting, or luxury brands. • Strongly preferred: familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy, including founder or brand account management. • Strongly preferred: experience managing gifting programmes and affiliate or partner recruitment. • Strongly preferred: background in stationery, accessories, or an adjacent lifestyle category. • Strongly preferred: experience supporting founder-led brand content or personal brand building.
