âą Architect the systems running millions of autonomous executions a day âą Spend roughly 60% of your time in the code âą Review critical-path work, run incident forensics, and solve distributed-system problems âą Own the pipeline where about 70% of production code is AI-generated and ships on a daily autonomous cadence âą Grow the next technical leaders by working beside them
đŻ Requirements
âą 7+ years shipping production code âą Real production experience putting LLMs into distributed systems âą Strong Python backend (Django, Celery) âą React on the front âą Distributed systems on Kubernetes across multiple regions âą Hands-on with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) âą Comfortable with LGTM-style observability âą You work EST hours
