📋 Description
• Own the Customer Journey: Map and optimize the post-purchase customer journey. • Drive Expansion Revenue: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create campaigns that generate qualified pipeline. • Reduce Churn: Develop proactive retention campaigns and communication strategies. • Build the Advocacy Program: Identify and mobilize top customers for case studies and webinars. • Manage the Customer Advisory Board (CAB): Lead strategy and execution for valuable product feedback. • Launch and manage customer community initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of marketing experience • 3-5 years dedicated to customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success enablement • Proven experience managing programs independently • Strong portfolio of customer-driven content • Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) • Strong ability to interpret data and measure campaign ROI • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
