• Deliver high-quality, engaging Credit Control and Collections training that meets the apprenticeship standard, awarding body, and regulatory requirements. • Deliver apprenticeships and qualifications in line with DWP, ESFA, and awarding body quality frameworks. • Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic sessions covering key topics such as customer accounts management, debt recovery, credit risk, negotiation, communication, and regulatory compliance. • Use a range of delivery methods including workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching. • Design and update learning materials to ensure content remains relevant to current financial legislation, best practice, and industry standards. • Support learners to develop professional behaviours, confidence, and technical skills in line with the Credit Services Association (CSA). • Identify learner needs, set SMART targets, and provide tailored feedback to support progress and achievement. • Guide learners through gateway preparation and ensure they are ready to successfully complete End Point Assessment (EPA). • Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate progress tracking records.
• Proven experience in credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations with sound knowledge of credit management practices. • Experience in delivering vocational or work-based training, ideally within the finance or business administration sector. • Recognised teaching or training qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent). • Assessing qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33 or equivalent).
