📋 Description

• Develop and drive an Information Security strategy and framework for managing data in all its forms • Develop and roll out Information Security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines • Provide organisational leadership on Information Security risks and build awareness • Provide ad hoc subject matter advice and support to the business and supply chain • Support first-line operational teams at all locations with annual and ad hoc Information Security risk assessments • Support security-related incidents, enquiries and reporting to and from regulatory authorities, commissioners and customers • Prepare subject matter reports for management and relevant boards/committees • Support implementation of controls and measures to meet legal, contractual, data protection and certification requirements • Collaborate across the Seetec Group and its supply chain to build Information Security capability and a security-conscious culture

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience of providing subject matter expertise in Information Security in a multi-site environment • Demonstrable experience of employing risk-based techniques in developing and implementing an Information Security framework, policies and guidelines • Substantial experience of implementing measures to meet Information Security standards, e.g. ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus • Experience of writing high quality reports for senior management • Experience of planning, completing and documenting Information Security risk assessments • Demonstrable ability to work with senior managers and have personal impact with operational management teams • Good knowledge of IT systems and ability to understand the risks and controls therein • Recognised professional Information Security qualification such as CISMP, CISM, CISSP, etc. (desirable) • Experience of business partnering with the first line of defence (desirable) • Experience of working for an organisation providing public services in a multi-site setting (desirable) • May be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS/DS) check, depending on the role • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults, including compliance with the Prevent Duty and promotion of modern British values
