📋 Description

• Manages the disposition of a portfolio of real estate owned assets. • Reviews appraisals and broker price opinions and establishes market values and strategies to sell assets in a manner which maximizes recovery and minimizes expenses while in compliance with established policies and procedures. • Provides hands-on approach as it relates to internal processes and vendor management. • Ensures sale and disposition of assets through strict timeline management. • Ensures timely and accurate reports are received for distribution. • Provides recommendations for procedural changes and improvements as they pertain to the department. • Stays abreast of changes to federal and state mortgage laws and regulations affecting the operation.
