📋 Description

• Manage residential real estate transactions from executed contract through closing • Ensure transaction components are completed accurately and within required timelines • Maintain oversight of the full transaction lifecycle • Coordinate with title and escrow companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams • Serve as the main point of contact for transaction-related communication • Provide clear and proactive updates to stakeholders • Monitor transaction timelines, contingencies, and contractual obligations • Follow up to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule • Keep systems updated with accurate transaction status • Identify potential risks or delays early • Resolve issues to maintain deal progression and escalate complex challenges when necessary • Maintain accurate transaction records, files, and communication logs • Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and compliant • Support audit readiness and data integrity within CRM systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or closing management • Strong understanding of residential real estate transaction processes • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience with CRM or transaction management platforms • Preferred: Experience in PropTech or high-growth environments • Preferred: Familiarity with multi-state transactions • Strong ownership and accountability • Problem-solving and proactive mindset • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy • Customer-centric approach
