📋 Description

• Own the full project lifecycle for major customer implementations, from planning and governance through execution and handover • Lead end-to-end delivery using hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery as appropriate • Define scope and success criteria; develop Work Breakdown Structures, schedules, critical paths, milestones, and resource plans • Coordinate internal teams, Managed Service Providers, and outsourced developers • Establish RAID logs, change control, and stage gates from discovery through hypercare • Facilitate project ceremonies and steering committees • Produce status reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership • Control scope, budget, effort burn, risks, and dependencies • Align Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Migrations on requirements and acceptance criteria • Act as the primary customer contact throughout implementation • Lead UAT planning, cutover/runbooks, go-live readiness checks, and structured hypercare • Maintain documentation, templates, workflow maps, and delivery-playbook improvements • Define and track KPIs including time-to-value, on-time delivery, scope change, CSAT/NPS, and post-go-live defects • Report outcomes and use insights to improve delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering customer-facing software implementations, ideally in healthcare SaaS or another regulated domain • Strong project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, quality, RAID, change control, governance, and stakeholder management • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans • Experience eliciting and baselining requirements and managing traceability to acceptance • Comfortable coordinating Managed Service Providers and outsourced developers • Track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Comfortable working autonomously • Data-driven mindset with a passion for process optimisation and continuous improvement • Confidence with common project management and collaboration tooling such as Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project, or equivalents
