📋 Description

• Develop and win new business opportunities for mission-critical sensor-rich solutions • Lead growth with key customers (OEMs, commercial vehicle, agriculture, construction machinery, passenger car markets) • Understand customers’ business strategies, applications and needs and translate these into opportunities for Sensata • Build strong industry relationships with customers at all levels and leverage technical and business aptitude • Lead the direct sales process and achieve sales targets • Visit current and potential clients and perform routine account management activities • Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs • Ensure clients receive high quality customer service

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience • Proven success in driving growth in Sales and Business Development with OEM customers and their Tiers • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
