📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to inbound leads via WhatsApp chat, phone and email to schedule appointments in a fun, friendly, yet authoritative manner. • Pre-screen good fit vs bad fit prospects through a question-based pre-qualification script - as well as answer essential service based questions. • Maximize appointment attendance rate by confirming bookings ahead of time. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline via our internal CRM. • Coordinate with external suppliers and internal team members to deliver sales-related material to pipeline prospects. • Manage our proven, pre-discovery funnel from beginning to end. Ensure our consultant's diaries are booked solid with qualified appointments.
