📋 Description

• Lead solution architecture and design for CRM implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Coordinate activities across design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications built on Dynamics 365 and related technologies • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements • Prioritize and evaluate enhancement requests to improve and expand CRM and application capabilities • Guide engineers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely design, build, and delivery of applications, infrastructure, and middleware components • Ensure solution and requirements documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with business objectives • Oversee project rigor in planning, reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects • Implement best practices for user experience, platform configuration, license management, and business processes • Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure solution delivery meets business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and business analysis • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Experience with CRM implementations from design through deployment • Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem tools (Office 365, Power BI, Azure) • Proven ability to align technology solutions with business needs • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Desired: balancing BAU enhancements with new project initiatives • Knowledge of license management and platform governance • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Advanced Oral English • Native Spanish
